19 November 2026 around the world

Every row shows the launch date in that city. The "19 November begins" column is plain calendar maths (when the date changes there, written in UTC so you can compare cities); it is not an unlock time. The unlock time is not announced yet, so that column says so.

How console launches usually work

Publishers choose how a digital game unlocks. Some unlock at midnight in each region, so players in New Zealand and Australia start first and the Americas last; others unlock at one moment everywhere, which can mean an evening start in some countries and a morning start in others. The console stores show the exact time once the publisher sets it. For GTA 6, Rockstar has not said which approach it will use, so treat any specific time you read elsewhere as unconfirmed until Rockstar or the stores confirm it.

What you can do now: pre-order digitally or plan to redeem a boxed copy's code so the game is downloaded before launch day (pre-load and download guide), work through the launch checklist, and keep the live status page open on launch night.
